Whole Wheat Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 cup Whole wheat Flour1 1/2 c. White flour2/3 c. Vegetable oil1/3 c. Water1 tsp Salt
Directions
Stir together both flours and add tsp salt. In measuring cup pour oil and water. Emulsify with fork and pour over flour mixture. Stir well and roll out between two sheets of wax paper. Turn out into pie plate and peel off wax paper. Make one 9 inch double pie crust.
