Turkey Sasuage Haystack Omelete

Ingredients
2.5 ozs of lean Turkey Sausage3 Egg whites1/4 cup diced onions1 small Roma Tomato2 Tbs of Green Olives1/4 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
Directions
Place your turkey sausage in a small skillet, stirring it to brown in small pieces. Take it out of the skillet and then spray your skillet with Pam spray or olive oil and pour in 3 egg whites flipping it over after a time until it's cooked on both sides.

Slide the egg white onto a plate then start adding your sausage, onion, tomatoes and olives on to the flat egg white topping it with your cheese and enjoy! :)
