Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken Breasts (no skin)3 tbsp Butter4 tsp Lousiana Hot Sauce
Directions
Serves family of 7!

Place fresh or frozen chicken breast in saucepan with one teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Brown on both sides. Shred or cut chicken into bite size pieces. Pour hot sauce over chicken. Add butter, stir until coated.
