Lemon Almond Macaroons

Ingredients
7-8 oz package flaked coconut (unsweetened)1/2 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup Splenda1 tablespoon lemon zestdash salt2 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients adding egg whites last. Mix well by hand. Measure out 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture forming balls with hands, wetting hands if necessary. Place on parchment lined cookie pan. Bakes for 20-25 minutes.
