I found a nearly identical recipe on my Raisin Bran cereal box and it called for 1/4 c sugar - 12/13/10

i didnt add sugar as it does not list it in the ingredance lits even tho it is listed directions and i did not know how much to put in,
next time i will be adding some kind of sugar or more raisins as i didnt think they where sweet enough but other wise they are great andi got 16 muffins - 7/12/10

Yuuummy! These are great! Not too sweet, but still very flavorful. Next time, I'll add more raisins. I used 2 packs of Splenda. I also used Allspice, instead of Nutmeg. Note: I don't know how anyone could mix these by hand. The bananas wouldn't mush very well, so I had to break out the hand mixer. - 3/15/10

These muffins were pretty tasty. I used 2 packets of splenda and it made them slightly sweet. My daughter even ate one and she's a very picky eater. - 1/27/10

I liked these. Found sugar measurements in nut stats list - sub'd 1/4 cup stevia. Had to guess at salt, nutmeg and cinn. Found a 1 Tbsp measure of nutmeg in nut stats - and changed it to 1/2 Tbsp ea of cinn and nutm. Did anyone skip using muffin papers? - 2/1/18

I was out of flour (how does that happen?) so I substituted heart healthy bisquick for the four, soda, and powder and they came out just fine. Didn't add sugar, bananas and raisins were sweet enough for me. - 4/2/12

These were yummy, but I got only 7 muffins from the recipe. So the calorie count was 246 per muffin. :( - 7/10/10

How much sugar did you use? - 12/30/09

Very yummy. My family loved them. 2 muffins was a very good filling breakfast...I made a double batch and it made 18 muffins. They were really easy.
Probably the best thing is that even though they don't have sugar, they're sweet enough to eat without butter! =D

    ps.I didn't add any sugar, DEANNA - 12/17/09
