Norwegian Salmon Soup

Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped1 T garlic, minced6 stalks of celery, chopped4 carrots, peeled and chopped1/2 head of califlower chopped16 oz. frozen peas13 oz. frozen wild salmon, chopped12 c. water2 c. dry fat free milk powder1 tsp dill seed1 tp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot. Heat until boiling, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours or until all vegetables are cooked. May be served with a sprinkle of grated cheese. Makes 12 2 cup servings.
