Mexican Chicken Quesadilla

1 Tbsp. Fat free mayonnaise1 Tbsp. spicy salsa1 Low carb tortilla1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
1. Mix mayonnaise and salsa in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Place tortilla on a heated griddle. Add 1/2 the cheese. As the cheese begins to melt add the chicken and remaining cheese to one half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla in half. Allow to cook long enough to warm the chicken, flipping a few times.
3. Serve with salsa/mayo dip.
