Ingredients
3 eggs2 cups milk1 cup flour.5 cup wheat flour1 tbl mild olive oil
Directions
beat eggs with 1/2 cup of the milk. Mix in flour alternating with the rest of the milk until smooth.
Ladle onto a heated non-stick, griddle turning it to spread evenly. When it bubbles flip and lightly brown the other side
Fill with savory or sweet fillings
