Country Fried Steak

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour8 oz. Beef Round Steak or any lean beef1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder or 2 fresh cloves diced1 Cup Reduced Sodium Fat Free Beef Broth1 Cup Green Peppers sliced in strips1 Cup Red/ Yellow or combination Peppers1 Medium sized Yellow Onion chopped
Directions
Heat skillet to medium hot. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Flour meat and add to skillet. Season with garlic powder. Brown steak on both sides. Add peppers, onion and beef broth. Cover with lid and cook 'til tender (about 45-60 mins.) Salt & pepper can be added when eaten, but very good without. Additional spices can add variety.
