Mexican Wedding Cookies (great for Xmas)

Ingredients
*Butter I can't believe it's not butter sticks, 16 tbsp (remove)*All Purpose Flour, 2 cup (remove)*1/4 cup pecans, 8 serving (remove)Powdered Sugar, 4 tbsp, unsifted (remove)Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted (remove)
Directions
Cream the butter in a large bowl. Add the flour, pecans and 4 tbsp powdered sugar. Roll into 36 balls and cook for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. When done, roll in the 1 cup of powdered sugar. You may need more. Let cool and then roll again to get more sugar :) Cool completely and enjoy.

    did you use 1/4 nuts or 2 cups nuts. After looking at the recipe, I realized it is deceiving. Sorry they didn't work out for you. They always come out round for me.
