Eggplant and chicken marsala

Ingredients
chicken baked eggplantgarlicmushroomspastatomato sauce
Directions

Buy cooked/baked eggplant, use your favorite tomato sauce,
cut eggplant into pieces (quartered)

Buy a costco chicken, separate chicken from bone. cut into small pieces.

Sautee mushrooms with 3 cloves of garlic

Add chicken and one cup of marsalla wine and simmer

Cook pasta and add to chicken marsalla and eggplant

bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered.
