Ingredients
2 Cups of non-fat Milk3 Tbls. of Wondra Quick Mixing Flour
Directions
Bring milk to a low simmer very slowly so it doesn't scorch. Slowly add in Wondra while stiring milk with a whisk. Simmer very low until desired thickness.
