Spicy Broccoli Carrot Salad

2 crowns of broccoli (chopped), 1/2 medium red onion (chopped), 1/4 C red wine vinegar, 1T yellow (or spicy) mustard, 2t ground black pepper, 1t salt, 1/3C fat free Miracle Whip, 1/3C fat free plain yogurt, 1t lemon juice, 1C shredded carrots, 1/4t cayanne pepper
Combine vinegar, mustard, peppers, salt, Miracle Whip, yogurt, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Combine carrots, broccoli, and onion. Pour dressing over veggies, toss well to coat. Refrigerate until well chilled.
