BBQ Pork Stew with collards and sweet potatoes

Ingredients
canola oil-.5 c1 med onion-chopped2 large sweet potatoes-choppedAnnies Smokey Maple BBQ sauce-whole jarboneless pork sirlion-1.5 lbscollards-4c choppedveggie broth-1cblack pepper-1Tsalt-1Tkidney beans-2c
Directions
make this in a large soup pot. saute onion in oil. add pork. saute for 3 min. Add sweet potatoes, stock, bbq sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. bring to a boil. simmmer for 5-10 min. add greens. simmer til potatoes and greens are tender and meat is thorougly cooked. Just before serving, stir in canned or previously cooked kidney beans.
