Taco Soup

* *Green Giant Mexicorn (11oz can), 1 serving (remove) * *Black Beans (low sodium) (1/3 can = 1 serv), 3 serving (remove) * *Diced Green Chiles (7 oz can), 7 oz (remove) * *28 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz (remove) * *hidden valley ranch dressing mix, dry--1 env., 1 serving (remove) * *Taco Bell - Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet), 1 serving (remove) * *Chicken Broth - Pacific Organic Free Range, 1 cup (remove)
put chicken broth into large pot.
whisk in packet of taco seasoning and packet of ranch mix.
open and add all other cans to pot (rinse beans first to reduce gas later!).
heat to desired temperature!
Makes 8 servings
top each serving with 1 tbs sour cream and 1 oz grated cheddar (optional)
