Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (canned)1 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup Egg Beaters2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup Nestle Tollhouse Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix Splenda, pumpkin, applesauce, and Egg Beaters.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Mix dry ingredients and then add to pumpkin mixture.
5. Add chocolate chips and mix.
6. Drop 30 even spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
7. Enjoy!

Makes 30 moist, delicious cookies.
