2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup corn flakesspices to taste: rosemary, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil
Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and grind them up with your hand or by rolling a glass over the bag. Add seasoning. Run water over chicken to wet it, then place chicken in bag and coat with breading. Place in baking pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
