Beans, Spinach and Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 cups waterBag and 1/2 of baby spinach8 Roma Tomatoes - sliceAdd 1 cup waterAdd 1 cup Brown riceAdd 1 pouch Taco Seasoning mix1 - 27 ounce Dark Red Kidney Beans - rinse well1 - 26.5 ounce Black Beans
Directions
In big pot place first 3 ingredients and cook down for 20 minutes.

Add the next 2 ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add final 3 ingredients and cook for 10 more minutes.

Serve.
