Tchrbear's Low-fat Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Applesauce1 1/4 cup Splenda Blend for Baking4 eggs1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp ground ginger3/4 cup water15 oz can pumpkin2 1/2 cups flour2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Bake at 350
25-30 min for muffins
1 - 1 1/2 hours for bread (check after 1 hour)
(Toothpick inserted in center of cake should come out clean)
