Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. sugar1 can pumpkin2 eggs1/2 c canola oil1/2 c water3 c flour1.5 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cloves1/2 tsp allspice2 c raisins
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine sugar, pumpkin,eggs, oil and water. mix. In another bowl combine Flour. baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix. Fold in raisins (and nuts and chocolate chips).

Hint...If you are adding nuts and chocolate chips, cut back on the amount of rainis to add no more than 2 1/2 c of added ingredients.

Put into 24 lined muffins tins. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
