Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients
12 Large Red Ripe Strawberries, washed & cored.8 oz low fat cream cheese1/4 cup low fat Ricotta Cheese3 or 4 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup Vanilla2 Tablespoons of sugar free vanilla pudding mix1 tablespoon of Splendadash of CinnamonChopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix all together (except Walnuts) and fill Strawberries, then dip the filled strawberries into the chopped walnuts as a topping.

I just kept adding the Syrup until it got to a consistency I liked. The pudding mix makes it a little sticky and clumpy but the syrup helps smooth it out.
