Chocolate Covered Grapes

Ingredients
1.5 lb Seedless Grapes (the sweeter the better)3 Bars Ghiradelli 70% Baking Chocolate (the more bitter the better, but you can choose one with more sugar)2 Tbs Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
Directions
Wash grapes and remove from stems.

Keep grapes in the fridge. You want them to be cold.

Melt the the baking chocolate in a double boiler or fondue pot.

Slowly pour the melted chocolate over grapes while mixing the grapes to get them to be fully covered.

Sprinkle cocoa powder over the grapes and mix.

Keep in the fridge.

Makes as many grapes as you put in.
