Ingredients
1.5 cups of long grain white rice.25 cup of vegetable/canola oil1 can Campbell's consomme soup1 can Campbell's onion soup1 can sliced mushroooms
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in oven-proof covered casserole. Cook for 1 hour, stirring half way through.
