Black Bean & Lentil Stew

Ingredients
1-15oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed1/4 cup Lentils, dry1-15oz can diced tomatoes, with juices1-8oz can tomato sauce2 medium carrots, diced1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup frozen corn kernels1 1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cayenne peppersalt & pepper to taste1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot or slow cooker and cook until lentils are tender, or as long as you want to cook it! Adjust the seasonings as you like. This is really a throw it all in a pot and walk away recipe! Super easy & yummy. I serve it in 1 cup servings and with 1/2 cup of brown rice. You can serve however you like.
