Ingredients:*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz *Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce, 7 tsp *minced onion, 3 serving *Black Pepper, ground, 3 tspNature's Own Whitewheat Hamburger Bun, 9 serving Garlic powder, 3 tbsp *Kraft Cheddar Cheese Slice 2% milk, 9 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Onions, raw, 1 cup, slicedDill Pickles, 18 slice Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
Mix meat, minced onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Make 9 equal patties. Place on grill and top with worchestershire. Cook to liking(well, med-well ect...). Top with cheese and veggies. You can also add.. turkey bacon, mushrooms, jalapenos, or avacodo. Enjoy (dont forget to add your extras to your meal calories).
