12 oz Tilapia1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp chili powderSalt and Pepper to taste
Place tilapia in a shallow dish. Drizzle olive oil over fish and top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 10 min then broil for 5 minutes or till done.
