.25 cup heavy cream2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour.5 cup nonfat milk.5 cup yogurt1 tsp pepper
Directions
heat flour and butter over medium heat, add yogurt, milk, cream and salt. stir constantly and simmer until desired consistency. serve over meatballs
