Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19.2 oz *King's Hawaiian Whole Wheat Roll, 12 servingMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz *Marinated Artichoke Heart, 1 cup (drained)Mushrooms - canned pieces and stems 6.5 oz, (drained)*Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Combine turkey, half of the mozzarella, artichokes, mushrooms and salt in a medium bowl; stir until well combined. Form turkey mixture into 1 inch diameter patties, approx 1 inch thick. Place on heated grill for approximately 3 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on each individual patty.
Cut each roll into half so that you have 24 "buns" for the sliders. Serve warm.
