Southwestern Chicken and rice

Ingredients
2 cups of brown instant rice2 cups of water2 boneless skinnless chicken breasts, halved1 cup chunky salsa1 cup of sweet corn1/2 cup of cheese
Directions
Cook chicken about 5 minutes on each side at medium temp or until full cooked. Set aside.

Add water, salsa, and corn to the pan and bring to a boil. Add rice and reduce heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked. Add chicken to the rice and sprinkle cheese over rice and chicken. Cook until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes then serve.
