Banana Split Tarts

Phyllo Dough or premade mini phyllo shells1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese Light1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz?)1/4 cup strawberry preserves (low sugar)Hershey's chocolate Syrup Lite @ 2 Tbsp (opt)Banana
Combine cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Whip until creamy. Add strawberry preserves.
Fill 15 premade mini phyllo shells with mixture. Top each with a banana slice and a drop of chocolate. Serve.
To make mini shells:
Need:
Mini muffin pan
round 2-3" cookie cutter
knife
cooking spray
Phyllo dough
Take 3 sheets of Phyllo dough out (covering the rest as it dries quickly) and lay them one on top of the other. Using cookie cutter, cut round circles out of the dough. (Makes about 6 rounds per group of sheets. Put rounds on mini muffin pan slots pushing them down to form cups.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 5-6 minutes to lightly crisp cups (light tan color). Take them out and let them cool on wire racks before adding above mixture.
