Italian ground beef & noodles

Ingredients
1lb. ground beef (85%-95%)lean. 1small-med. onion,1 small-med. red or green pepper& 1or 2 cloves garlic(minced).Slice the onion & pepper. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil to a large skillet. Next add all vegs except garlic. Stir them around & then add beef . Next add garlic When beef is browned & vegs have softened ,add a 14.5 oz. can tomatoes, salt ,pepper&Italian seasoning to taste. While you are doing this boil enough noodles for 4 people.
Directions
Serve this recipe over the noodles . I usually put either Parmesan or Romano grated cheese on top. THIS RECIPE SERVES 4.

    I made the recipe and it tasted good but the way it's entered makes it hard to follow the recipe and the nutritional information is horribly incorrect. I entered the ingredients into the Recipe Calculator without the noodles and it was well over 400 calories per serving, nowhere near the 74.8 listed - 8/14/11
