Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast halves2 15 oz cans of black beans2 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes (no salt)1 cup of your favorite salsa4 oz can chopped green chilies1 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce or tomato pureeBaked Tortilla Chips 2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker EXCEPT the chips and the cheese.

Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.

Just before serving remove chicken breasts and shred or slice into bite size pieces. Return them to the soup.

To serve put 1/2 oz tortilla chips (about 6 chips) in the bottom of the soup bowl. Ladle soup over the chips and top with 1/4 cup of cheese.
