Chili Beans

Ingredients
3 15oz cans of pinto beans3 4 oz cans of tomato sauce1 4 oz can of El Pato sauce1 large green bell pepper1 medeim size red onion2 pounds of ground beef3 serreno chillis ( more or less depends on how spicy you like it)
Directions
in a large pot add beans tomato sauce and El Pato Sauce on med. heat.
dice up the bell pepper onion and the serrano chillisadd to a preheated skillet med heat add ground beef salt to taste cook together once meat is browned add to the beans in large pot. lower the heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 mintues.
We cook this when all the family get together for bbq. I use the 10 oz foam cups to serve it makes easy 30 cups and easy clean up
