Garlic Shrimp Lo Carb Pasta

Ingredients
Coconut OilButter (optional) but adds to the flavorGarlic (can do more than a clove)onionsHigh Fiber PastaCilantro
Directions
Melt 2 tblsp of coconut oil in a skillet. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. On the side start boiling water for the pasta. Once onions are translucent add the shrimp and pepper and turn heat to low. Once the water boils add pasta and cook 2 oz 8 minutes then drain, blanche and add to the skillet and stir. Also add the cilentro and sea salt to taste optional.
