Directions
salte beff in oil when beff browns add onions chop in slices, add tomatoes, the beff shoud be season with salt, pepper,cumin, and garlic.
add vineger and soy sauce and let it cook for a few minutes serve over rice.

    My husband makes this, but with the actual Peruvian yellow pepper that gives it flavor (aji amarillo) instead of the garlic and cumin. You can get it on the international food aisle as a paste. - 11/9/12
