Homemade kettle corn

Ingredients
canola oil .5 tbsp.popcorn kernels 2 tbsp.sugar 2 tsp.salt dash
Directions
pour oil, kernels, dash of salt and 1 tsp. sugar in pot on medium high heat, cover and when kernels start popping then shake pot every so often so they don't burn. when kernels slow down popping, then turn off heat and wait until kernels are done popping. take lid off and sprinkle with remaining tsp. of sugar and another dash of salt. cover and shake one more time and serve.
