Baked Italian Shrimp

Ingredients
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp chili powder1 1/2 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp lawry's seasoning salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 Tbsp vegetable broth1 lb shrimp
Directions
Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, chili powder and parsley in a shallow dish; set aside.

Place shrimp in a large bowl and sprinkle with minced garlic, seasoning salt and pepper. Drizzle with vegetable broth; toss gently.

Dredge shrimp in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange shrimp in an even layer in a baking dish coated in cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring twice.
