crockpot apple cinnamon steel cut oats

Ingredients
Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cupSun Maid, California Chopped Dates, .5 cup Apples, fresh, 2 cups chopped salt 1/2 tspcinnamon 2 tsp (i like a lot, you may chose to use less)water 4 cups (you may chose to substitute some milk)
Directions
stir all ingredients in crockpot & cook on high for 2-4 hours til desired consistency is reached

makes 8 - 3/4 cup servings

i portion this out in little cups to store in the fridge for easy breakfast for my work week! - just microwave pour on a bit of milk (a bit of honey or maple syrup is nice if you like it a little sweeter)
