Black Bean Dip (SB Phase 1)

1 can drained and rinsed, black beans2 tsp. garlic, minced2 tsp. cumin1 tsp. pepper(black or white)3 tbsp. salsa1/2 onion, diced1 tsp. olive oil
Saute garlic,onion, cumin and pepper in small pan for three to five minutes, or until tender. Meanwhile, put black beans and salsa in the food processor and pulse until blended to desired consistency. Slowly add in onion and garlic. Taste and add additional salsa/hot sauce to create desired spiciness. Enjoy!
