Ya Ya'a Russian beet and potato Salad

Ingredients
Light Whipping Cream, 2 cup, whippedSour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 8 tbspLime Juice, 1 lime yields Beets, fresh, 4 cup Boiled potatoes, 8 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.50 package (10 oz) Cilantro, raw, 16 tbsp Vegetable, Fresh, Onion, White, 1 cup
Directions
boil the potatoes until tender
cook mixed vegetables according to package
drain and dice the beets
finely chop onions and cilantro
add all of the ingredients into a large bowl until everything is well coated season to taste and chill before serving
