French Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lbs bonless skinless chicken breast (3 to 4 breast)8 oz mushroom sliced1/2 cup mayo1 cup sour cream1 envelope of onion soup mix
Directions
In a 9x12 baking dish sprayed with pam lay out chicken breast, cover the bottom if possible

Spread the mushrooms over the top of the chicken breast

In a bowl mix in mayo, sour cream, and onion soup mix.

Spread mixture evenly over the mushrooms and put into oven, bake on 375 for about 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 dergees.

    I liked this with wild rice medley. Next time I will try pounding the chicken thinner and more tender, or cut into bite sized pieces. Sure smells delicious as it bakes! - 7/21/08

    Great recipe! Also, it is SO QUICK AND EASY. I came home from work and had it in the oven in 10 minutes. I will make it again, but next time I will double the mushrooms, and maybe add something green, like wilted spinach. - 2/3/11
