1 envelope (2.6 oz) Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise2 tablespoons of non fat cottage cheese1 teaspoon of dijon mustard1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juicezest of 1 lemon2 scallions (green onions), chopped1 tbsp chopped walnuts1 tbsp chopped applesalt & pepper to taste
