Julie's French Onion Soup

Ingredients
Chopped Onions 1/2 cupSwanson Beef Broth 1 cupWater 1/2 cupCroutons 7 or 8One deli slice of Swiss Cheese
Directions
Sautee onions in canola oil. Heat beef broth and in microwave for 4 minutes. Add sauteed onions
crutons, and slice of swiss cheese on top.

Use proper cooking pan with lid to make as will boil over in microwave. Also make sure the cooking pan has a handle so you can take it out of the microwave.
