Shrimp Fettucini with Broccoli

Ingredients
1 Box Barilla Pasta, 16 oz., Cooked12 oz. cleaned medium shrimp, fresh or frozen1 Pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cream Cheese1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 Can Sweet Sue 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth2 Cloves Garlic10 oz. Pkg Frozen BroccoliSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In large skillet, med-high heat, heat chicken broth and cream cheese 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is blended. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Add thawed broccoli and shrimp and cook until heated thru. Stir in cooked fettucini.
