Salmon Sushi Poppers

Ingredients
1 Tbls. of cooked Sushi rice1/4 oz. salmon1/8 of a nori sheet
Directions
Squeeze 1 Tbls. of cooked sushi rice into a firm ball, place a small slice (about 1/4 of an oz.) of Salmon on top. Cut a nori sheet into 8 long skinny strips and wrap one strip around the salmon on the rice ball. Enjoy!
