Loved this recipe. My family loved it. Also makes a great meatloaf sandwich. I didn't change a thing. Yummy!!!!!!! - 9/7/10

I tried this recipe and just loved it! I did add some rosemary and parsley as well as 3/4 tsp poultry seasoning. I made some red potatoes and green beans to go with it! Great meal. Thanks so much - 9/21/16

This meatloaf was delicious. I used half the salt, swapped the ketchup for marinara sauce, used rosemary instead of parsley, and added just one egg. Minor tweaks for my taste preference but it was delicious! I'm ready to make it again... - 10/21/10

This was exactly what I wanted it to be - tasty comfort food! I substituted rosemary for the parsley & added 3/4 tsp of poultry seasoning. It came out moist & well-flavored. I served it with spaghetti squash au gratin & had a wonderful meal. I definitely will make it again. Thank you! - 10/5/13

Yummy! Even my 8 year old daughter loved it. I'm making it again tonight but am only using a small amount of onion flakes because my picky husband didn't like the onions last time. I on the other hand think the onions gave it a great flavor. - 3/2/10

Substituted the oats for cracker crumbs, added Heinz 57, and used only 1 egg. - 10/24/20

Delicious! I double the recipe, and make 2 loaves. Bake one, and freeze the other. Saves preparation time! When you are ready to use the second loaf, take it out of the freezer the day before you are using it, and thaw it the fridge. Bake as directed. - 2/1/19

I cut back some calories by using Egg Beaters instead of eggs....and I divided the mixture into 6 large muffins tin ....( I used 95% FF ground chicken.
Counting the calories on the just the ground chicken/ ketchup/ oats/and Egg Beaters....each meatloaf muffin was 121 calories!AND THEY WERE DELICIOU - 1/31/20

Definitely a keeper when I made it without any changes to the recipe. This time around, I may tweak it and add some root vegetables and my favourite spices (cumin, garam masala, chili powder) and I will let you know how it turns out... - 1/30/20

Better if you reduce to 1 egg and add a 1/2 cup of bread crumbs besides the 1/2 cup of oats - 1/29/20
