1 Cup All Purpose Flour1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 Cup Milk1 teaspoon ground flax seed1/4 cup Wheat germ1/2 Cup Unsweetend Applesauce1 Egg, beaten1/4 Cup Blue Agave Nector2 Tablespoons melted butter1/3 Cup Cherry flavored Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Makes 18 muffins
Mix First 7 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix Applesauce, beaten egg, Blue Agave Nector and melted butter, add to flour mixture and stir to blend.
Add Craisins to mixture.
Spoon into paper muffins cups sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
