6 lean pork chops4 large potato1 onion1 bell pepper 1 can cream mushroom soup
Brown pork chops. Remove chops and add 1/2 cup water to pan. Mix this gravy with mushroom soup. Slice potatoes thin. In oven proof pot layer potatoes then sliced onions and bell pepper, and then chops. Saved some potato slices to cover the chops. Pour gravy/soup over the top. Cover and bake at 350 until potatoes are tender.
