Ingredients
2 C. Whole Wheat Flour4 t. baking powder1 t. salt1/8 C. sugar1/2 C. Canola Oil1 egg1 c. buttermilk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk egg, oil, and buttermilk together then add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. (Overmixing will result in tough pancakes.) Cook on a griddle.
