Jennifer's Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 cup diced raw celery3 medium raw onions, chopped1 pound carrots, chopped12 cups water4 tablespoons Better than Boullion chicken base1 pound diced rotisserie chicken 8 ounces raw Barilla multigrain elbow macaroni
Directions
Sautee celery, onions, and carrots in oil in large dutch oven over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, stir chicken base into 12 cups water until well mixed, and add to pot. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for an hour and a half. Add chicken, and cook another 15 minutes. Add macaroni, and cook another 15 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
